7 years agoThe Oakland Athletics are in the preliminary stages of a potential contract extension with third baseman Matt Chapman. The sure-handed hot corner infielder has raced out to a terrific start to the 2018 season, as he is hitting .333 with five home runs and 12 RBI. His glove has been even more impressive, as he has made some absolutely incredible plays thus far.
