5 years agoBaltimore Orioles starting pitcher Asher Wojciechowski left his start with an apparent injury during his start against the Blue Jays Thursday. Wojciechowski was visited by the training staff in the fifth inning but was allowed to stay in the game. After serving up a home run in the next at-bat he was taken out. Wojciechowski allowed four runs in 4 2/3 innings so it is not known for sure the exit was injury or performance-related but it's a situation for fantasy owners to monitor. Wojciechowski had been pitching well allowing only two runs in 14 1/3 innings in his previous two starts before tonight. Wojciechowski should be considered day-to-day until the Orioles provide an update.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
