5 years agoSeattle Mariners starter Marco Gonzales served up six runs to the Oakland Athletics in Tuesday’s 9-2 defeat. The lefty gave up a pair of home runs on seven hits through six frames while striking out five in the subpar outing. Gonzales had a terrific start to the season, but has since fell back to earth sporting a 10-8 record with a 4.48 ERA and 87 punchouts in 120.2 IP. He continues to eat innings for the M’s but only has fantasy appeal in AL-only leagues and as a streamer in deeper mixed formats.
