4 years agoSeattle Mariners reliever Austin Adams is nearing a return to the team after undergoing knee surgery this offseason. He could throw a sim game sometime this week, and the best-case scenario is joining the team next Monday for the beginning of their road trip. Adams was a favorite for the ninth-inning job before his surgery and could earn a high-leverage role for the M's when he returns to the team.
