6 years agoRichard Childress Racing driver Austin Dillon started from the 10th position, and things were expected to go well at the Pocono 400 on Sunday. He was able to complete just 28 laps before he was bumped from behind by Wood Brothers Racing driver Paul Menard in Turn 3. He slid into the wall and sustained severe and unrepairable damage to his back bumper. Dillon has slipped from 14th to 21st in the points standings in the past five races. He'll look for better results in Michigan next week where he has no wins in 13 Cup starts, but two Top 5s, four Top 10s and 27 laps led with a 15.46 Average-Finish Position.--Daniel Dobish
