Austin Ekeler Has Another Big Game In Week 3
3 years agoLos Angeles Chargers running back Austin Ekeler had another big game in Week 3 versus the Kansas City Chiefs. Ekeler rushed the ball 11 times for 55 yards and caught all six of his receptions for 52 yards and one touchdown. The PPR monster had zero receptions in Week 1, but has now caught 15 balls over the last two weeks. His touchdown came on a short pass that he ran into the end zone for 16 yards to give the Chargers a 14-0 lead at the time. New offensive coordinator Joe Lombardi has continued to make Ekeler a big part of the offense as both a runner and receiver and with his ability to do it all on the field, Ekeler is shaping up to be one of the top players in the game this season. Next up will be a matchup versus the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 4. Ekeler should continue to be valued as a RB1 in all formats.
