4 years agoLos Angeles Chargers running back Austin Ekeler put together a strong performance in Week 3 versus the Carolina Panthers. Ekeler rushed the ball 12 times for 59 yards and a touchdown. He also hauled in all 11 of his targets for 84 yards. It was the fewest rushing yards for Ekeler on the season, but his true value is in the pass game and he was stellar on Sunday. The Chargers were down in the contest and that forced the No. 2 running back Joshua Kelley to the bench and opened up more opportunities for Ekeler. Ekeler will look for continued success against the Buccaneers in Week 4 and remains a low-end RB1.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
