Austin Ekeler Remains An RB1 In Week 3
3 years agoLos Angeles Chargers running back Austin Ekeler will look to put together another strong performance against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 3. Ekeler had a huge Week 2 and picked up 54 yards on nine rushing attempts with nine receptions for 61 yards. The Chiefs defense has struggled against the run thus far and is allowing 130 yards per game on the ground, but only four receptions per game to running backs. Despite that, Ekeler remains a big part of the Chargers offense and should see plenty of action through the air on Sunday. On paper, this matchup has the makings of a high-scoring affair, and Ekeler should be a big part of that game plan. Ekeler's bread and butter is in PPR leagues, but he should be fired up as an RB1 in all formats for Week 3.
