4 years agoBaltimore Orioles outfielder Austin Hays (rib) returned from the injured list on Monday after recovering from a fractured rib and went 2-for-4 with two singles and a walk in a 14-1 win over the Braves. Hays had been out since the middle of August after getting hit by a pitch and running into an outfield wall. The 25-year-old is now hitting just .219 over 86 plate appearances. However, he hit .309 over 75 plate appearances last season, so hopefully he can regress in that direction for the rest of the season.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
