Austin Hooper Finds End Zone In Week 4
4 years agoCleveland Browns tight end Austin Hooper caught five of seven targets for 34 yards and a touchdown in a 49-38 win over the Dallas Cowboys in Week 4. After getting off to a slow start with his new team this season, Hooper finally made an impact on the box score in his fourth contest. He hauled in a one-yard touchdown pass from Baker Mayfield in the third quarter and his seven targets were a season-high. Hooper now has 12 receptions for 96 yards and the touchdown through four games. A run-heavy Cleveland offense will continue to limit his upside but at least he showed that he can be a force when the Browns choose to pass in the red zone. He will remain a solid TE2 for his team's Week 5 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts.
