Austin Jackson Leaves Wednesday’s Game Early With Tight Groin
7 years agoSan Francisco Giants outfielder Austin Jackson (groin) left Wednesday’s game in the seventh inning with a tight groin. Manager Bruce Bochy said he was removed as a precaution. Jackson was 1-for-2 with a single, run and walk before being replaced by Gregor Blanco. It sounds like Jackson’s status is day-to-day and he will hope to return Thursday versus the Padres.
