7 years agoSan Francisco Giants outfielder Austin Jackson (groin) will sit out Thursday evening. Jackson left late in Wednesday’s game with groin tightness. Manager Bruce Bochy said that Jackson was removed as a precaution and it makes sense for him to sit out Thursday. Gregor Blanco will replace Jackson and bat eighth.
