3 years agoSan Francisco Giants outfielder Austin Slater (wrist) was forced to exit early during Sunday's game against the San Diego Padres. It's unclear how Slater suffered the injury, but it does make sense why he was pinch-hit for in the fifth inning. Outfielder Joc Pederson came into bat against a left-handed pitcher, which seemed like an odd decision at the time. Fantasy managers should get an update on Slater within the next day or two.
