3 years agoNew York Jets running back Austin Walter saw his first action of the season against the Houston Texans in Week 12. The Jets are without Michael Carter (ankle) which means Walter was asked to step up as the third back. On Sunday, Walter rushed nine times for 38 yards and one touchdown in the win. This was a quality outing for the Jets "spark plug" back, but it's tough to trust him on a weekly basis. He'll be a tough option to trust against the Philadelphia Eagles next week.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
