6 years agoToronto Maple Leafs center Auston Matthews saw his six-game goal streak come to an end, but he still managed to tally two assists in a 4-1 victory over the Los Angeles Kings. Matthews is just the fifth player in NHL history to start a season with seven consecutive multi-point games. The 21-year-old is blossoming into one of the most feared scorers in the league during his third season. Matthews is on a ridiculous tear right now and has not shown any signs of slowing down.
