B.W. Webb Hits Free-Agent Market After Cardinals Release
4 years agoThe Arizona Cardinals released veteran cornerback B.W. Webb on Thursday after just a week with the organization. Webb was brought aboard as an attempted replacement for Robert Alford, but with Dre Kirkpatrick and Ken Crawley recently joining the secondary, there was little room for Webb to move up the depth chart. The Cardinals’ defensive unit has little season-long appeal heading into drafts, with or without the services of Webb, and can likely go undrafted in virtually every format.
