2 years agoMinnesota Twins right-hander Bailey Ober (groin) threw a batting practice session on Monday and is now set to begin a rehab assignment in Fort Myers. Ober has been sidelined since June 1 with a groin strain. The veteran hurler will not have time to build his arm back up to start games this season but he will be available in long relief once he returns. Ober has made seven starts in 2022, posting a 1-2 record, 4.01 ERA, 1.28 WHIP, and 29 strikeouts over 33 2/3 innings of work.--Matt T - RotoBaller
