3 years agoMinnesota Twins starting pitcher Bailey Ober (groin) has been placed on the 10-day injured list, retroactive to April 29. He was removed from Thursday's start after experiencing right groin tightness. It sounds like Ober will miss at least one start, but hopefully can return soon. He has posted a 2.75 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and 16/5 K/BB ratio through four starts this season. Fantasy managers should hold Ober through the injury because it doesn't sound like it will be a lengthy absence. In the meantime, right-hander Cole Sands has been recalled to take over the spot on the active roster.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
