Baker Mayfield Tests Positive For COVID-19
3 years agoCleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield tested positive for COVID-19 on Wednesday, adding to Cleveland's long list of positive tests. Cleveland could be without Mayfield, Jarvis Landry, Austin Hooper, Kareem Hunt, Wyatt Teller, Jedrick Willis, and Ross Travis for Saturday's game against the Las Vegas Raiders. The former No.1 overall pick completed 22-of-32 passes for 190 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception in a 24-22 win over the Baltimore Ravens in Week 14. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Mayfield said he felt completely normal but still tested positive for COVID. Case Keenum would draw the start against the Raiders, with Mayfield expected to be out. With the lack of offensive weapons, Keenum is mainly an option in Superflex leagues for the fantasy playoffs in Week 15.
