Bears "All In" On Justin Fields
3 years agoChicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields has the backing of many within the front office, specifically from general manager Ryan Poles, who recently expressed his support for the young signal-caller. "We're all in on Justin," remarked Poles during a recent interview with ESPN.com, a welcome vote of confidence for a player who struggled during his inaugural season. Unquestionably, the franchise is in the midst of a rebuild after hiring new head coach Matt Eberflus and parting ways with several veterans, including Allen Robinson II and Khalil Mack. Fields finished his rookie year by throwing for 1,870 yards, 10 picks, and seven touchdowns while connecting on only 58.9% of his passes. However, the former Buckeye continues to put in work this offseason. While he isn't anticipated to be a top-10 fantasy quarterback, he's worth a pick for managers looking for a backup late in drafts.
