Ben Roethlisberger Shakes Off Knee Injury, Throws 3 TDs
4 years agoPittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger completed 29 of 42 passes for 306 yards and three touchdowns in a 24-19 win over the Dallas Cowboys in Week 9. Roethlisberger sustained a knee injury in the second quarter and went back to the locker room before halftime but was back under center for the beginning of the third quarter. It appears that he has avoided any serious damage but expect the team to be cautious with their quarterback in practice sessions throughout the week. The veteran quarterback found James Washington, JuJu Smith-Schuster, and Eric Ebron for his trio of scores in the comeback win. Roethlisberger will be a strong play in fantasy in Week 10's home matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.
