Ben Roethlisberger Throws For 295 Yards, TD In Week 2
3 years agoPittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger completed 27 of 40 passes for 295 yards, one touchdown, and one interception in a 26-17 home loss to the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 2. Roethlisberger outpaced his anemic Week 1 output but still only managed to toss one touchdown in the surprising loss to the Raiders. The veteran quarterback's only score was a 25-yard pass to Najee Harris in which the rookie running back did most of the work in catching the short pass, shedding a tackle, and then diving for the end zone. Roethlisberger is looking like a low-upside QB2 for fantasy purposes this season and may be without his favorite target for a while as Diontae Johnson appeared to injure his knee on the final play of the game. Treat Big Ben as a mid-range QB2 in Week 3 against the Cincinnati Bengals.
