Bengals Guard Clint Boling Retires
5 years agoCincinnati Bengals offensive lineman Clint Boling has retired due to a blood clot in his right leg. Boling was projected to be the starting right guard for Cincinnati this year, and his sudden retirement leaves the Bengals in a rough spot. Pro Football Focus ranked the Bengals offensive line as the league's 27th-best unit after the 2018 season, so losing a key player will make it even tougher on the offense. Running back Joe Mixon gets a slight downgrade with this news, as does quarterback Andy Dalton, though his fantasy stock was already low.
