Benny Snell Jr. Goes For 113 Yards In Week 1
4 years agoPittsburgh Steelers running back Benny Snell Jr. carried the ball 19 times for 113 yards in a 26-16 win over the New York Giants in Week 1. Snell came on in relief of starter James Conner, who injured his ankle during the game and did not return. It was a solid performance for Snell, who lost weight in the offseason and looked more explosive than he did as a rookie in 2019. While Conner's status for Week 2's home matchup against the Denver Broncos is up in the air, fantasy gamers will want to make a run at Snell if he's sitting on waivers in their leagues. Snell could shape up as a decent RB2 in Week 2 if Conner doesn't play.
