5 years agoNew York Jets running back Bilal Powell carried the ball seven times for 42 yards in a win over the Redskins on Sunday. Powell added one catch for five yards as his role in the offense continues to grow. This isn't the first time we've seen the Jets use their veteran running back later in the season so Powell could very well become a usable running back in deep leagues. In standard size leagues, however, Powell's fantasy impact will likely be how much work he takes from Le'Veon Bell as this is the second straight week Powell has gotten seven carries.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
