Bills Offensive Line Injuries May Cause Issues for Josh Allen
3 years agoThe Buffalo Bills announced on Thursday that they were placing right tackle Spencer Brown on the Reserve/COVID-19 list. The last time Brown missed a game, the Bills had to reshuffle their entire offensive line to accommodate the loss. That game was against Jacksonville, where quarterback Josh Allen was running for his life the entire game. Jacksonville has a much better pass rush than Indianapolis, but this is a legitimate concern for Allen and the Bills. You're still starting him in fantasy leagues, but it may mean fewer deep passes with less time in the pocket to let things develop. That could mean a bigger game for wide receiver Cole Beasley (ribs), if he plays, or tight end Dawson Knox in the short and intermediate passing game
