Bills Think Isaiah McKenzie Will Be Ready For Thursday
2 years agoBuffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott said he thinks wide receiver Isaiah McKenzie (groin) will be ready for the Week 1 regular season opener this Thursday night against the Super Bowl champion Los Angeles Rams. McKenzie was listed as a full practice participant on Monday, so unless a setback occurs, it looks like he'll be active as the team's starting slot receiver alongside Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis. Veteran Jamison Crowder is also an option in the slot, but McKenzie's stellar play in training camp this summer earned him the starting gig to begin the season. The 27-year-old's after-the-catch ability in this potent Bills offense makes him a WR4/flex option in Week 1 in deeper fantasy leagues.
