7 years agoCincinnati Reds outfielder Billy Hamilton came through for his team on Tuesday against the Milwaukee Brewers, going 2-for-4. This was a much-needed performance for Hamilton, who had been really struggling heading into the game on Tuesday night, posting just a .225 on-base percentage and striking out 15 times in his last 36 at-bats. On the season, Hamilton is batting just .187 with one homer, 18 runs, nine RBI, and five steals. The Reds have stuck to using a four-man rotation in the outfield this season, which makes Hamilton more likely to lose playing time if he doesn't start hitting better soon.--Matt T - RotoBaller
