Billy McKinney Drills Two-Run Shot In Loss To Red Sox
5 years agoToronto Blue Jays outfielder Billy McKinney was 2-for-4 with a two-run home run during Monday's 10-8 loss to the Boston Red Sox. The 24-year-old is slashing .273/.386/.500 at Triple-A Buffalo this season with 18 RBI in 31 games. Unfortunately, the production has not been replicated in the majors as he is carrying a .222 average with 41 strikeouts across 153 at-bats with the Blue Jays. McKinney has some promise, but he is a part-time player that battles inconsistency. Avoid him in fantasy formats for the time being.
