6 years agoJacksonville Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles finds himself in a good position in Week 10 against the Indianapolis Colts. Despite some struggles at times this year, Bortles meets a defense that allowed three touchdown passes to the Raiders in Week 8 and would look a lot worse on paper had it not been for a dominant performance against the Buffalo Bills earlier this year. Bortles is a solid start in two-quarterback leagues this week and could be usable as a streamer during bye weeks in 12-team leagues.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
