5 years agoSwihart was finally getting some playing time after a tumultuous couple of months for the C/OF. He has suffered a strained right oblique, and the severity of the injury at this point is unclear. Swihart and his .167 AVG shouldn't affect you too much for your fantasy teams, as if you actually have him on your teams, you should probably consider dropping him anyway. In a corresponding roster move, the Diamondbacks called up Kevin Cron from AAA to add some bench depth.--Nate Duffett
