7 years agoBoston Red Sox catcher Blake Swihart is likely to start a game this weekend, according to Jason Mastrodonato of the Boston Herald. Manager Alex Cora stated that Swihart will likely start at designated hitter or in left field in one of the games against the Athletics. In eight games, Swihart is batting .250. While the Red Sox lineup as a whole should be started, we would temper expectations from Swihart until he gets consistent playing time.--Ellis Canady - RotoBaller
