2 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers skipper Dave Roberts said that relief pitcher Blake Treinen (arm) is dealing with "arm soreness." Treinen was unavailable to pitch in the 5-4 loss to the division-rival San Diego Padres on Friday night. The veteran relief pitcher recently returned from the 60-day injured list due to a shoulder injury, so if this new injury is related to that, it could be bad news. Treinen looked good in two scoreless innings since his return from the injured list, but it remains to be seen if this new issue will keep him out for an extended period of time. For now, he should be considered day-to-day. The 34-year-old has thrown only five innings this year, but he's allowed only one run on a solo homer while striking out six and walking one.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
