3 years agoWinnipeg Jets forward Blake Wheeler has come off the COVID-19 protocols list but won't be available for the team just yet. The Jets captain has had a 10-day isolation period, meaning that he hasn't skated for a while and will need some time to get back to game shape. He'll miss Thursday's meeting with the Kings and it also looks highly unlikely that he'll feature on Saturday against San Jose. The Jets keep rolling with Kyle Connor, Pierre-Luc Dubois and Evgeny Svechnikov on the first line. The trio has meshed very well and the team's results have been good despite Wheeler being out alongside Mark Scheifele, who should also clear the protocols soon.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
