2 years agoThe Toronto Blue Jays claimed outfielder Bradley Zimmer off waivers from the Philadelphia Phillies on Monday. The former top prospect spent some time with the Phillies before getting cut by the team. Zimmer will now return to Toronto and serve as depth in the outfield after playing for them earlier this year. The 29-year-old will report to Triple-A, but he is expected to join the big-league club shortly.
