7 years agoVancouver Canucks forwards Daniel and Henrik Sedin will be playing their final career games this week after announcing their retirement from the league. The team will have a couple of huge spots to fill, but there are some great pieces to do so with Bo Horvat and Brock Boeser, who both look set for a big year in 2018-19. Boeser already took the league by storm this season, as he scored 29 goals and collected 55 points in 62 games before his year was ended by a back injury, and Horvat will likely be the next Canucks captain. Vancouver also has a couple of outstanding Swedish prospects to fill the skates of the twins, as Elias Pettersson and Jonathan Dahlen both recorded at least a point per game this year in the Swedish championship. Pettersson even set a new record for most points (54 in 44 games) by a junior in a single SHL season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
