3 years agoCleveland Indians first baseman Bobby Bradley (knee) was placed on the 10-day injured list on Monday retroactive to August 7. Bradley came out of Friday's 3-2 victory over the Seattle Mariners with a left knee strain and it is unclear how soon he will return. Owen Miller will continue filling in at first base and will bat eighth on Monday against Luis Castillo and the visiting Cincinnati Reds. Miller certainly hasn't matched Bradley's power in the lineup, only hitting .145/.207/.250 on the season.--Chelena Goldman
