3 years agoBoston Red Sox first baseman Bobby Dalbec (hamstring) is out of the lineup Thursday against the Kansas City Royals. This is his second consecutive game on the bench after appearing to suffer the injury in Tuesday's contest. Danny Santana will step in and bat eighth in the lineup. Dalbec has shown some positive signs this season, but his .218/.267/.426 slash line with 10 homers and one steal isn't impressive enough to keep him on rosters if he misses more than a few days.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
