3 years agoDallas Stars goaltender Braden Holtby will start in San Jose against the Sharks on Saturday. There had been some rumors that Jake Oettinger may get the nod. That was not the case. Holtby was in goal for that third period barrage by the Vegas Golden Knights on Wednesday night. He gave up five goals on 45 shots and three goals in the third period. Holtby had won three straight starts before that allowing just four goals. The 39-save win versus Carolina was one of his best games of the season.
