3 years agoThe Tennessee Titans signed free agent defensive backs Bradley McDougald and Clayton Geathers on Monday. The Titans waived tight end Deon Yelder, defensive back Reggie Floyd and punter James Smith in a corresponding move. McDougald was limited to seven games in 2020 due to a shoulder injury. The 30-year-old racked up 36 tackles (23 solos, 13 assists) with a fumble recovery for the New York Jets last season. He will give the Titans safety depth and a veteran presence in the locker room. Geathers opted out of the 2020 season due to COVID-19 concerns. The 29-year-old racked up 54 tackles (40 solos, 14 assists) and one interception for the Colts in 2019. Geathers and McDougald will compete for roster spots in the Titans' defensive backfield.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
