6 years agoCleveland Indians outfielder Bradley Zimmer (chest) has been removed from Saturday's lineup. Zimmer is dealing with a bruised chest as he has complained about soreness when swinging the bat so he'll get the day off and Brandon Guyer will start in his place. Zimmer has had a lackluster sophomore campaign thus-far, as he continues to bat in the bottom of the order of a very talented lineup, yet has not quite broke out like some expected. Zimmer should be considered day-to-day and continue to get regular starts in the outfield once he is back to full strength.--Kev Mahserejian - RotoBaller
