3 years agoThe Cleveland Guardians traded outfielder Bradley Zimmer to the Toronto Blue Jays in exchange for pitcher Anthony Castro. He lost the starting right field job to Steven Kwan, and with Josh Naylor (leg) set to return to action soon, the Guardians decided to move on from Zimmer. The 29-year-old will provide depth for a loaded Toronto Blue Jays outfield but is stuck behind George Springer, Teoscar Hernandez, Lourdes Gurriel, and Raimel Tapia. Zimmer has the power-speed combination evidenced by hitting eight home runs and swiping 15 bags for Cleveland over 99 games in 2021. Fantasy managers can leave Zimmer on the waiver wire in most league formats with the lack of playing time expected in Toronto.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
