4 years agoKansas City Royals starting pitcher Brady Singer (leg) exited his start Friday night with a trainer after being hit in the leg by a line drive, according to Alec Lewis of The Athletic. Minnesota Twins third baseman Josh Donaldson hit a hard line drive that ricocheted off Singer's leg and was then fielded and turned into an inning-ending double play. He was then replaced in the bottom of the third inning by Tyler Zuber. There's no word yet as to what the injury is or its severity.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
