3 years agoHouston Texans wide receiver Brandin Cooks will look to deliver another strong performance in Week 4 against Buffalo. Cooks has accumulated 32 targets through three weeks, which ranks third in the NFL. The speedy wideout is by far rookie quarterback Davis Mills' favorite receiver, as the signal-caller locked onto Cooks 11 times in Week 3, with Cooks accounting for 112 of the team's 168 receiving yards. Cooks should continue to dominate the pass-catching opportunities in Houston, though the matchup with Buffalo is one of the tougher ones in the league. Even still, his workload leaves him in the low-end WR2/high-end WR3 discussion for Week 4.--Tim Capurso
