6 years agoLos Angeles Rams wide receiver Brandin Cooks came into Week 8 looking to put up a great day. However, Green Bay Packers rookie cornerback Jaire Alexander was glued to him all day to keep that from happening. On eight targets, Cooks had just three catches for 74 yards. Cooks can make big plays happen at any time, but it wasn't meant to be this week. Moving forward, Cooks is still a solid play, but his floor is low when he has a bad matchup. It's also possible that fellow wide receiver Cooper Kupp returns next week, and that will only cut into Cooks' workload even more.--Gage Bridgford - RotoBaller
