2 years agoSan Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk has been the most impressive player at training camp, according to his teammates. Jimmie Ward says the third-year wideout is "having the best camp out of everyone on the team." The former Arizona State star had an outstanding rookie season, followed up by a mediocre sophomore year where he struggled at times. Now, the 24-year-old looks like he has taken that next step to be a go-to target for the Trey Lance-led offense. Lance has been working with Aiyuk all offseason, and the two have developed a great rapport during their training sessions. There are a lot of mouths to feed in this run-heavy San Francisco offense, as Deebo Samuel and George Kittle will command significant target volume. However, Aiyuk is still well worth a late-round pick. He was the WR20 in fantasy points per game from Week 9 onwards last year after starting the season in the dog house. He has shown he can produce WR2 numbers despite a crowded pass-catching group. If Samuel or Kittle were to miss any time, his fantasy value would skyrocket.--Tommy Adamopoulos - RotoBaller
