3 years agoCincinnati Bengals backup quarterback Brandon Allen was placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Monday. The obvious concern here is for starter Joe Burrow, who threw for a franchise-record 525 passing yards in the Week 16 win over the division-rival Baltimore Ravens. Burrow and Allen are the team's only QBs on the active roster, with Jake Browning on the practice squad. Burrow's fantasy managers will be keeping their fingers crossed this week that he won't join Allen on the COVID list. The Bengals offense would obviously be in real trouble in Week 17 against the Kansas City Chiefs if they were forced to start Browning under center against a stout KC defense.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
