3 years agoSan Francisco Giants President of Baseball Operations Farhan Zaidi said Thursday that the team does not have first baseman Brandon Belt's (knee) MRI back yet but that there is a "really good chance" he goes on the injured list, per NBC Sport's Alex Pavlovic. Belt left Wednesday's game in the eighth inning after he was injured while attempting to score on a two-out single. Zaidi said he hopes that the IL stint would be short-term. Belt is having a nice season, slashing .253/.363/.512 with 11 home runs and 28 RBI, so fantasy managers should prepare their rosters for a replacement in the next day or so should he indeed hit the IL.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
