6 years agoSan Francisco Giants first baseman Brandon Belt made the start in left field to start Monday's game against the San Diego Padres. He is already the eighth different player to appear in the outfield this season for the Giants. He was making room at first base for new acquisition Tyler Austin. The good news for fantasy owners of Belt is that he might be eligible in the outfield in leagues with lax requirements, but he'll likely need four more appearances in most standard leagues.--Daniel Dobish
