2 years agoSan Francisco Giants' first baseman Brandon Belt (knee) is not expected to return from the 10-day injured list on Sunday. According to Giants manager Gabe Kapler, Belt is unlikely to return on Sunday and maybe not in the next few days. The 34-year-old has been out since May 18 with right knee inflammation. Before landing on the injured list, he slashed .228/.342/.386 with four home runs, 11 RBI, 14 runs scored, and one stolen base in 120 plate appearances over 26 games. Belt has had knee issues in the past, and his injury could linger for the remainder of the season. Fantasy managers should continue to stash Belt as the veteran slugger mashed 29 homers in 2021.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
